Sweet family bungalow close to Minute Maid Park, UH, Hardy Yards, Medical Center, convenient access to I-45, I-10 and Hardy Toll Road. There is a guest house in the back that has a kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom/living area. The house is perfectly livable. You can add your personal touches and updates at your own pace. The casita (guest house) in the back needs updating too. With updates, this will make a great Air B&B. A plus is the multitude of plants including avocado trees, orange, tangerine, plum, peach, pomegranate, guava and spices that include basil, rosemary, anise and bay leaf!!
