From the front entrance of Brazos Bend Ranch, the views are to the north and northeast. As you head north through the property there is a tree-lined gully full of large pecans and oak trees. This gully eventually empties into a one-acre pond on the north end of the property. The pond and trees provide ideal habitat for wildlife. The pastures are a mixture of improved and native grasses, making it a great property to graze a few cattle. The creek on the northside of the property is loaded with game. At the end of the creek is a small pond on the edge of the property.
