An older home with some nice surprises-double pane windows, skylight in hall bath, lots of storage including a large hall closet with built-in cabinets and drawers, a living room wall of cabinets with shelving above, primary bedroom with two walk-in closets, dining room corner built-in cabinet, utility room with a sink, window and built-in cabinets. The living room has a high ceiling. We've also heard that there is always a nice breeze on the back porch. That's a real bonus on hot Houston days! When pulling up to the home, the first thing you will notice are the mature live oak and water oak in the front yard. Shade and beauty enhance the property including the back yard with crepe myrtles. Since this is an older home it has a few retro items too - like saloon doors separating the formal dining room from the kitchen and sunken tubs.
